30 Pull-ups
Run 300 meters
30 Push-ups
Run 300 meters
30 OH Walking Lunge Steps, 45/25
Run 300 meters
30 V-ups
Run 300 meters
30 Wall Balls
Run 300 meters
30 Ring Dips
**if it’s raining, you will have the choice of Rowing 300 meters, or Air Bike 600 meters
Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level
