5 Supine Ring Rows (shoulders below heels at full extension for RX)

ACCESSORY WORK

A. 100 Bulgarian Split Squats w/ PVC Overhead, 50 each side
B. 3 x 30 French Press w/ Dumbbell, light for burnout
C. 3 x 60 seconds Isometric Deadbug hold into 8 Deadbugs (4 each side)

BASEFIT

50 Double Unders
40 Russian KBS
30 Jumping Lunges, 15 each side
20 ABMAT SU
10 Dumbbell Push Press
– rest 2 minutes between sets
