Ring Dips (Muscle-up to dip, if possible)
Toes to Bar

ACCESSORY WORK

A. Bench Press, find a 5RM
B. 3 x 10/10 Superset Dumbbell Front Raises/Lateral Raises
C. 100 Banded Tricep Extensions
