Rd 1 = 3 Squat Cleans @ 60%
Rd 2 = 3 Squat Cleans @ 70%
Rd 3 = 3 Squat Cleans @ 75%
Rd 4/5 = 2 Squat Cleans @ 80%
Bonus: Find a heavy Single by the 12 minute mark

WOD

For time:
800 meter Run
25 Squat Cleans, 95/65
50 Ring Dips
25 Squat Cleans, 95/65
800 meter Run

ACCESSORY WORK

A. 4 x 25 Reverse Hyper
B. 4 x 8 Dead Bug, 4 each side, weighted if possible (ankle weights and small plates)
C. 100 Banded Standing Reverse Flys
