1 Power Snatch
1 Hang Squat Snatch
1 Snatch Balance
2 Overhead Squats

STRENGTH

E2MO2M x 6 sets:
Back Squat
1) 3 @ 80%
2) 2 @ 85%
3) 1 @ 90%
repeat for two rounds

WOD

3 rounds for time of:
10 Back Squats, 135/95
10 Shoulder to Overhead, 135/95
10 Bar Facing Burpees

ACCESSORY WORK

A. 100 Bulgarian Split Squats w/ PVC OH
B. EMOM x 6 of Strict CTB Pull-ups, pick a number you can hit unbroken for all 6 rounds
C. 4 x 6 Deadbug, 3 each side SLOW FOR QUALITY

BASEFIT

WOD

Every 4 minutes x 8 sets:
5 Pull-ups
10 Jumping Lunges, each leg
15 ABMAT SU
200 meter Run
