20 minute AMRAP of:
5 Bar Muscle-ups
10 Thrusters, 115/75
15 Push-ups
20 Box Jump Overs, 24/20


A. 4 x 4-6 GH Raises, 4 second decent, 1 second pause, explode up
B. 50-100 GHDSU for Quality (make decision of reps based on how often you do these)
C. 50-100 Reverse Hypers, same concept as above

Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level
