3 Deficit Clean Grip Deadlifts

5 X 3


A. 100 Barbell Bridges
B. 3 x 100 meter Farmers Carry (double KB)
C. 3 x max reps Wide Grip BTN Strict Pull-ups



Partner relay AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
10 KB Snatch, 5/ each side
5 Push-ups
10 Goblet Squats
5 Push-ups
10 Russian KBS

Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level
