How often do you stretch? Post workout 5 minutes per day will do the trick. 



EMOM x 10 of:
1 Power Snatch, building


3 rounds for time of:
400 meter Run
21 Pull-ups
12 Power Snatch, 115/80


A. 4 x 6 Deadbugs, weighted, if possible
B. 3 x 15 Reverse Snow Angels, weighted, if possible
C. 4 x 5 YTWL, weighted, if possible



For max reps:
1 minute of Pull-ups
1 minute of Push-ups
1 minute of Air Squats
2 minutes of Pull-ups
2 minutes of Push-ups
2 minutes of Air Squats
3 minutes of Pull-ups
3 minutes of Push-ups
3 minutes of Air Squats

Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level
