Members don’t forget we have a Coed CrossFit class every Tuesday and Thursday that we added recently. That’s five different weekday workouts to choose from. 




Partner AMRAP in 25 minutes of:
5 Squat Cleans, 205/135
15 Toes to Bar
45 Double Unders

Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level
