10 Rope Climb, first 3 climbs are Legless



Saturday joint relief
  Ankle self snags
  Hip anterior release
  Hip lateral release
  Posterior mobilization hip with movement
  Shoulder overhead
  Triceps stretch with band
 Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level
