20 Bench Press, 225/115
40 Back Squats, 225/155 (from floor – use athletes to create human rack)
60 Deadlifts, 225/155
80 Box Jump Overs, 24/20
100 Calorie Erg (Row/Bike/Ski), 5 x 20 calorie sprints
Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level
