“Let’s Grapple”

In teams of 3 for time:

3 rounds of:
50 Deadlift, 75/55
50 Bent Over Rows, 75/55
50 Hang Power Snatch/ 75/55
50 Strict Press, 75/55
50 Overhead Squat, 75/55
Run 800 meters with Rogue Block*

one person works at a time, except all three run together

Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level
