Teams of 3 perform a 25 minute AMRAP of:
10 Rope Climbs, 15′
20 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20
30 Calorie Machine (bike, row or ski)
40 Double Russian Kettlebell Swings, Blue/Pink
Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level
